Beautifully renovated building with designer light fixtures in the main hall, new appliances in the units, and a wonderful skyline view of Manhattan (from the roof).

Cons

Thin walls, unkept main hall, lack of response to maintenance requests, and poor management service.

Advice to the owners

Visit the building, upkeep the building, and practice better soft skills and professionalism with tenants.
