No pests or bugs. Very (c) openigloo clean. Honestly I loved living (c) openigloo here and would do so (c) openigloo again. Super was great when (c) openigloo there was a potential emergency (c) openigloo for the building—in our case (c) openigloo when the water boiler started (c) openigloo dripping water.
Cons:
Super was horrible for non-emergency (c) openigloo things. Basically, if it's not (c) openigloo an emergency, don't expect them (c) openigloo to come. Got locked out (c) openigloo of the apartment for the (c) openigloo first two days of the (c) openigloo lease, heat didn't work for (c) openigloo first three days of the (c) openigloo lease, ceiling fan never got (c) openigloo fixed, etc. Also owner did (c) openigloo not let us sublet for (c) openigloo the last few months of (c) openigloo our lease because he wanted (c) openigloo to force us to give (c) openigloo up our security deposit and (c) openigloo pay one extra month of (c) openigloo rent in order to end (c) openigloo the lease 3 months early.

Be more responsive lol.

Management office slow to respond. (c) openigloo Implemented package room without telling (c) openigloo anybody. My unit was barely (c) openigloo turned when I moved in (c) openigloo (not cleaned, prior tenant’s belongings (c) openigloo were still there). Expensive for (c) openigloo what you get, even by (c) openigloo nyc standards

Identify issues more proactively, make meaningful repairs not band aids

Dealing with a large company (c) openigloo is hard, they raised our (c) openigloo rent 25% after the first (c) openigloo year, and there is someone (c) openigloo who steals packages that the (c) openigloo landlord hasn't helped

Lived there for three years (c) openigloo but in March 2021 it (c) openigloo started to get a bunch (c) openigloo of new tenants that were (c) openigloo extremely loud and obnoxious.
