Pros:
Good features to lure you in (washer dryer, wine fridge)
Cons:
Cannot get warmer than 60 degrees in winter, con Ed bills 500+ and the owners are too cheap to do a double door downstairs or heat the hallways so all the warm air is sucked out
Advice to owner:
Invest in better heating and respond to emails once in a while
