Well maintained and modern

Pros

Well isolated from the street, renovated

Cons

No elevator, garbage is right in your path every day

Freezing and Small

Pros

Good features to lure you in (washer dryer, wine fridge)

Cons

Cannot get warmer than 60 degrees in winter, con Ed bills 500+ and the owners are too cheap to do a double door downstairs or heat the hallways so all the warm air is sucked out

Advice to the owners

Invest in better heating and respond to emails once in a while
