Great building super and owner
Pros
- owner is super responsive - the super is also pretty responsive - the sense of community in the building is great
Cons
- the laundry situation! Only 2 washers 2 dryers for a 60unit building. And often times, one or two of the machines are broken for a week or two at a time. Also prices have been raise to $2.50 per wash per dry. Total $5 per load. Many opt for the laundry mat down the street. - roaches in basement and sometimes in trash chute

More laundry machines! Better laundry machines!

Outstanding place to Live
Pros
Convenient location to pretty much all of Astoria, reliable heat, electricity, utilities. Good size apartments as well!
Cons
Some issues with package thieves, but that has gotten better in recent years.
