Owners are slumlords plus they steal your security deposits

- illegally kept the security deposit - bug infestation - would not respond to maintenance outages - would not give back the security deposit to any of the other tenants who lived there at the same time as us
Advice to the owners
Don’t be so greedy, you don’t need to treat people like garbage. Do better
Terrible, negligent building management
Pros
Private balconies, right across the street from the G train and close to many coffee shops
Cons
Building management is absolutely awful -- only live here if you want to wait 4+ months for a simple repair, if you happen to get lucky. Otherwise, you'll enjoy getting your plumber/HVAC/electrician knowledge up to date because you'll probably be doing everything yourself.
Advice to the owners
Maintain the building? Or at least respond to your residents and tell them to go f*** themselves?
