No Major Issues, Responsive Maintenance Team!

Pros

Maintenance team always responds quickly and helps with pretty much anything I’ve asked for, great neighboring businesses (we love the guys who own the cigar shop below and they are very friendly), I always find street parking in the area, quieter and more low key than similar apartments closer to Lexington Ave, friendly and chill owner

Cons

Occasionally the front door lock breaks or has to be jiggled to get it to close properly, some instances of package theft, loud fireworks late at night throughout the summer

Trash and Roaches 🪳

Pros

I really liked the neighborhood but thats pretty much it

Cons

The trash is inside, the management was absolutely awful, they tried to bribe us to move out early by promising us our full deposit back and then the checks declined we had to call 311 because they refused to spray for bugs and there were always roaches
