2 years here and would recommend, but rent in the East building

Pros

- great doormen and staff - very responsive to maintenance requests (usually resolved within hours) - incredibly maintained building - trash room is cleaned every single day and kept spotless

Cons

- small(er) unit size for the area - west building facing dog park/kids park is loud. rent in the east building to avoid have noisy apartment - finishings are not high quality (but maintenance will fix if something breaks) - weed smell permeates the floors (some are better than others)

Great apartment building!

Pros

- maintenance is so so quick to fulfill requests - doormen are nice - never once seen a bug in my apartment in two years of living here

Cons

- far from the subway - a bit noisy with the hospital nearby
