Not safe for women Trans or non binary people

Location is good next to the river. The neighbors are lovely to one another.

Building management is disgraceful. There is no concern for women's safety even after heavily documented evidence of harm being done right in front of staff members. TFC I wouldn't trust for anything, they promise you the world to get you in then up charge left right and center. If you are concerned about your well being and safety in your own home, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. it is dangerous due to the lack of management and lack of care for women and miniorties. However, if you are a straight white male who likes to take advantage of other people your actions will be supported and Bolstered by the staff and management here. They may even try join in. I have witnessed repeated crimes being committed in the lobby of this building and the staff, building manager, doormen all saw the same thing and did nothing at all. Not even called the police when a women was screaming and pleading for them too. Save your money and don't move into this building. Especially with the illusion you will be safe

Building is very clean, management is very responsive to issues. Doormen are very friendly, amenities are super nice, i really enjoyed living here
Cons
High-floor apartments are quite hot year-round. In the winter my apartment was often too hot - i never ran the heat the entire time i lived here. AC was always running during the summer. Occasionally several elevators went down, and i’d have to wait sometimes 5 minutes just for the elevator to arrive
