Solid Building / Living Experience

Pros

Full service building with super friendly doorman and maintenance staff. App to submit maintenance requests and entry for guests which is super convenient. Overall great experience

Cons

Close to an outdoor train station so that elevates noise levels but only periodically throughout the day. Only close train station nearby is 7 station which is about a ~7 min walk.

I've loved living here

Pros

It's been extremely easy to live - the building is new and everyone who works here is lovely. When anything goes wrong, someone comes to fix it sometimes within minutes. You're paying for convenience and newness (plus the neighborhood is great)

Cons

The units are small for what you get, and the owners don't budge on asks.
