Convenient location, good amenities, thin walls
Pros
Apartments have nice new appliances, great natural light, decent layouts. Building staff is fantastic across the board, and they do a great job keeping the building in great shape. Gym and rooftop are fantastic. Access to transit can’t be beat
Cons
Thin walls, can hear neighbors at times. Lots of construction happening in downtown Brooklyn as well.

Avoid at all costs
Pros
The building staff are super friendly and try their best, but management is horrible!
Cons
Management is horrible! Building had roach infestation and people smoking cigarettes despite it being a non smoking building and management was unable to address either problem.
Advice to the owners
Pest control; enforce non-smoking
