While some tenants appreciate affordable rents, convenient locations, and features like renovated kitchens and rooftop access, many express frustration with slow or unprofessional management responses. Common issues include frequent maintenance problems, inadequate heating, poor water pressure, pest control lapses, and cleanliness concerns. Slow to respond to issues

Pros

Close to train Cheap for the area

Cons

Tons of stuff breaks (appliances, plumbing, heat, AC, power, equipment on roof) and they take forever to fix it Park next door is loud in summer Laundry exists but dryers don’t dry well and there are few machines, stains my clothes or eats my money almost every time No ventilation in bathrooms so they get gross

Advice to the owners

Be more responsive and timely to tenant needs.
