Worth it for the neighborhood

On a quiet street, great location in alphabet city, which is an incredible place to live.
Cons
When I was there, mice were a problem. Not sure how much that might have changed since.

Insanely high utilities (heating) Rodent issues Unresponsive landlord Extremely thin walls, you will hear everything and all your neighbors Random pop-ins, without a proper heads up Overall not worth the high rent
