Great location with decent management

Pros:
Great location, nice amenities, and decent managements
Cons:
Some issues with appliances and build quality. Our unit has needed several repairs, but the super is responsive and they have fixed all of our issues.

We wouldn't live here again

Pros:
The building is brand new and the unit itself is great.
Cons:
Very strange tenant base. There is shared airflow from unit to unit, so you smell other people's business including their cooking and their smoking. There's some ghetto people that live here. No doorman or live-in super, it can get really sketchy and there's nothing you can do about it. Management is terrible.

Listen to your tenants

This building is a living Nightmare

Pros:
The building looks new, and the furnishings at first glance look nice. It is also in a very convenient location
Cons:
Management is unresponsive, the building was built shoddily, which caused a flood; there have been instances of no hot water; the walls are thin; and you don't even get keys to the front door. I would never live here again.
