In building laundry, responsive super, and the the garbage was always taken care of

Elevator always broken, laundry near where the garbage is do there's always the risk of rats and waterbugs if you're washing at night,

DOGS CRYING ALL DAY AND ANIMAL ABUSE IN THIS BUILDING

The management is friendly, and appliances (heat/water) never go off

Cons

All day you hear dogs crying and yelping in pain. There is a fake dog trainer named Corey Harden who has an ILLEGAL dog training facility in his apartment. He is NOT certified and you can see him kicking and torturing dogs form your window. It's horrific.
