Reviews

Former tenant·10 months ago

2 stars out of 5

Pros

Location: Close to Columbia and right next to City College. Most neighbors are nice and approachable.

Cons

The building is poorly managed. Washers and dryers in the laundry room in the basement are never cleaned. It's a 5th floor walk-up building, so it's rough if you live on the upper floors. The management are very slow to respond. Packages left by the mailboxes next to the entrance are stolen left and right.

Advice to the owners
