Avoid this building - party event space located on 1st floor

Cons
Management is HORRIFIC. Steer clear of this building or any others they manage at all costs. The event space on the first floor is a nightmare and management has barely done a thing to address the issues. Music rattles the building between the hours of 2am and 9am regularly. If you move here get ready to be woken up in the middle of the night. 311 complaints do nothing!
