one of the best blocks in nyc elevator pre-war small apartments

on and off communication w landlord some utility emergency issues trash area got overwhelming at times

Great for the area

Pros

Garbage and recycling is always taken care of, has an elevator, can't ever hear neighbors, excellent location

Cons

was difficult to get things fixed or acknowledgement at all from building management, hesitant to fix either front door when they were each broken which led to stolen packages
