I did not expect to move in and have my clothes infested with carpet beetle larvae before hitting 1 month into the lease. Lost thousands of dollars trying to protect and save my stuff, had to throw out so much, absolutely fucked my mind up and will never not be on the look out for these bugs. They sprayed 3 times, and Vince gaslit the shit out of us, despite my evidence of carpets beetles there 20 min after my first box was brought into the apt. He said there were no carpet beetle issues previously, blah blah blah, but then why would you actually write the words carpet beetles in the lease with the bedbug clause? Fuck Vince, he can go suck a dick.
Advice to the owners
Be accountable, fix infestations BEFORE tenants move in, fire Vince, don’t make your pest people come to the apt but not let them talk to you.

Absolutely nothing. He makes everything here worse and the building has so much promise.
Cons
He is extremely rude, very difficult to work with, and a total jerk. I could not say enough to stay away from this building until he is gone. Absolutely horrible. Other tenants all know just how terrible he is too.
Advice to the owners
Get rid of him.
