Amenities like doorman, laundry in building for only $3 each load, small gym and rooftop
Cons
They did not tell us the “home office” bedroom had no air conditioning.

It’s pure mid
Pros
I think this is a great building to live in if you work in an office. Elevator is a huge plus, decent space. Roof+gym fun.
Cons
It’s boring and most living rooms do not have natural light. Super is hard to get in touch with and the management is a disaster
Advice to the owners
Bother the org to get things fixed. They won’t pay attention to you unless you bug them and emphasize the problem.
