Overall Quiet Building

Pros

Units are renovated with Dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer combo! Also functional elevator which is great! Pets, families & students in the building, but everyone is fairly courteous & quiet! The super is on top of scheduling exterminators and people to fix any issues quickly.

Cons

There have been a few water leaks over the course of living here, but super is on top of clean-ups & fixes!

Awful building management

Very good neighbors

Cons

Cockroaches, you pay for all utilities including heat and hot water, Boiler in apartment washer dryers in apartment never work or keep breaking and you have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed.
