Good building GREAT unit

Pros

Fantastic location with friendly, helpful neighbors. Super charming sun-drenched unit with great amenities for the price. Decently maintained building given its age.

The very occasional roach and the downstairs units complained of mice (only saw one once in my own unit though)

Very old, needs full gut renovations. Heat and water will stop working several times.
