Nice walk up building

Great location, kept in decent shape

Cons

Some of the “improvements,” they’ve made are a joke, like the half painted stair railings. No laundry or bike/stroller storage.

Expect pre-war problems (pests, water damage)

Pros

Great location, super close to park slope and Windsor Terrace Charming building with exposed brick walls, black and white checker floor and large kitchen (unit #2)

Cons

Constant problems with mice and the landlords were SLOW to respond and barely helped at all Old bathroom/shower with extensive water damage in the ceiling which the landlord painted over (NOT actually fixing the problem)
