Bad management, pests

Good neighbors Space Good neighborhood

The building manager is not responsive unless multiple 311 complaints are made and even then they won’t respond most of the time Roaches and mice in the building. They have a bug guy that is supposed to come monthly but is doesn’t seem to help too much Flickering lights Broken kitchen counter that makes it difficult to use dishwasher Hot water is not consistent Electrical hazards in basement that caused an outage. Unsure is it was ever truly addressed

Good Building and Location

Pros

Excellent doormen. Great location. On-site parking.

Cons

The basement floor had some flooding issues. This didn’t impact my apartment since I was on the top floor, but it’s something to note.
