I love this street the building could use a little love

Pros

I absolutely adore the area! If you want to live in West Village you cannot beat Bank St! I do like our apartment, it is quaint and cute but it could use a little love. I honestly haven’t had any issues, just feel that I’m outgrowing my little spot.

Cons

It is an old building so the heat is not on your terms. (It stays HOT in the winter) the trash is a problem… and I’m not sure it’s been professionally cleaned.

Advice to the owners

The building it perfect! It could you a nice deep clean.

Charming but Scrappy Building

Pros

Feels very lived in. The backyard/garden view is really stunning.

Cons

There was a rodent issue and the bathrooms are quite small. It's quiet generally but you can definitely hear your neighbors
