Too much for what it is

Pros

Elevator and laundry. They allow pets.

Cons

Water pressure horrible, im sure the luxury building next door has it all . Leaks are constant. Roaches are visible. Elevators have issues. New door was down for over a month. Heat is dismal. Lots of older tenants that dont let the building improve. The super is never to be found and if you do catch him he never does anything. You will get the maximum increase every year!

Advice to the owners

Get a new super. Fix all the issues.

First time renters

Pros

Elevator, washer dryers in basement, large bedrooms, wonderful super. Any issue that has arisen the super has dealt with quickly and resolved the issue. Washer and dryers are always working and the garbage is well taken care of. The walls are very thick and we never hear any of our neighbors.

Cons

On occasion packages are stolen or missing. Would like surveillance cameras to be posted. Would like windows to be cleaned on the outside.

Advice to the owners

Have windows cleaned on the outside of the apartments. Put in surveillance cameras near the mailboxes.
