Pros

Well maintained, excellent live-in super, congenial atmosphere, friendly neighbors, beautiful pre-war apartments, reasonable landlord.

Great Apt with a Few Drawbacks

Pros

Gorgeous apartments, spacious, AMAZING super, lobby and laundry area is kept clean, most neighbors are nice

Cons

Gets very hot in the winter. Floors/ceilings are paper thin and you can hear everything. Landlord and real estate company suck big time- owner is next to impossible to get in contact with and there's no property management company.
