Landlord completely unresponsive

Cheap, large units, prime location

Cons

Unresponsive doesn’t behind to describe how unreachable this landlord is. 0 concern for tenants. I found black mold in my unit shortly after signing the lease before I moved in. Have heard nothing back from the landlord.

Cheap but not great

Inexpensive, most units are rent stabilized and large
