What a joke of a management company. They clearly list tenant noise as a lease violation, but when you hold them accountable, they cry to you about how they can’t enforce their own lease. Consistently gaslit me about a sewer smell in my own apartment until I finally harassed them enough to send out a plumber. The smell went away after that… imagine… Actually doing your job. They’d rather offer to kick you out and return your deposit than send a freaking plumber to your apartment. The complete lack of sense is astounding.
Advice to the owners
DO YOUR JOB. ENFORCE YOUR LEASE. STOP BEING WIMPS.

The courtyard is cute and large windows

Could barely sleep with the amount of noise that echoes around this apartment. I could even hear the upstairs neighbors conversations, the floorboards are so thin. Pest issues, holes in the walls and floors, scalding hot water out of nowhere. This place is a walking hazard and management was not helpful until we took extreme measures.
