Pros

Cons

Dirty, management is useless, non responsive, don't complete repairs, super is incompetent, junkies hangout in the building, no heat, building is falling apart and the owners have filed bankruptcy. Con Ed notices all the time for cut off lights and gas due to non payment

Great except pests

Pros

Great/responsive super, nice neighbors, large apartments, close to transportation, lovely park across the street, nearby multiple grocery stores and the BEST bodega.

Cons

We had 3 bed bug infestations over 4 years, all coming through our bathroom so there was obviously an untreated infestation in a nearby apartment. Our last infestation was at the beginning of the pandemic and we could not get in touch with management for over a week.
