The worst nightmare during Covid

Pros

Updated review: this landlord allowed to move someone with not reviewing his background turned out into a psychopath scary person. I was traveling during Covid and the new roommate moved in, destroyed tje apartment, Started to build big tables and went into my room without permission and used the entire apartment for himself. Landlord didn’t do anything to protect me aa I was living there previously with other roommates and never had any issues before. Police went there several times and I had no choice than to move out of not feeling safe there. Stay away from that building and never ever live with strangers. What is crazy is that crazy gyu stayed there for more than a year without paying rent and called the city for violation codes to protect his jack ass. Also the ConEd is a f rip off because the windows have no insulation and the bill is always $1000 a month. Bright, quiet, flex landlord, easy application, no rules, no restrictions, safe area, super pro is that packages are safe, great location, no bugs

Cons

No maintenance, no management, weird layouts 6 bedrooms, bad construction, central air, needs upgrades, water damage, party goers and unconscious neighbors, no cleaning, trash in the rooftop from previous tenants

Please renovate the apartments if you want to bring good tenants, building has potential if there are improvements

Many other places to live, wouldn’t really recommend this building at all, not many pros other than being in a great area
