Building Management Unresponsive and hard to get a hold of
Pros
Close to the L and M train.
Cons
Building Management is unresponsive and hard to get a hold off. Water bugs throughout the building, wall mounted air conditioners are not installed properly causing leaks and damage in walls and ceilings, main areas of the building not kept clean (dust, bugs, weird material on walls).

Overall safe and easy access for tenants.
Cons
Management always takes a while to respond to requests for help.
