Building Management Unresponsive and hard to get a hold of
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the L and M train.
Cons:
Building Management is unresponsive and hard to get a hold off. Water bugs throughout the building, wall mounted air conditioners are not installed properly causing leaks and damage in walls and ceilings, main areas of the building not kept clean (dust, bugs, weird material on walls).

Management does not care about you
Former Tenant
Pros:
If you can make the space work, it’s great! Small but can be made cozy.
Cons:
They have the nerve to raise the rent an additional $200 after so complaints. Parts of the ceiling leak when it rains, the cameras don’t work, we have mold that they have yet to do anything about, the super will say he’ll do stuff and then doesn’t, and their communication is terrible
Advice to owner:
It’s one thing to suck at your job, but it’s another to raise the rent despite sucking at your job. Lower your rents or prioritize your tenants
