Cute place, good location
Pros
- In unit washer/dryer - Plenty of space in the room and good amount of closet space - Has an AC unit - Close to Prospect Park, 2/3/4/5 subway, and around lots of restaurants/coffee shops
Cons
- Management can be unresponsive at times, sometimes you have to follow up a few times but they'll fix whatever issues you have - Waste bin management is kind of frustrating, small building but all the bins are in the entrance

Great location, good building
Pros
Laundry machines work well, generally clean environment, many units have been updated.
Cons
Occasional elevator issues (which closes the laundry room, since it's only accessible via elevator). Some noisy tenants.
