Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant feedback on buildings managed by John Crotty reveals consistent issues with cleanliness and garbage management, often described as poor to unacceptable. Many report persistent pest problems, including rodents and roaches, alongside concerns about noisy neighbors and security lapses. Although heating and water pressure tend to receive positive remarks, maintenance and repairs are frequently cited as slow or unaddressed, with some expressing dissatisfaction over management responsiveness. Noise disturbances, especially late at night, and common area upkeep also emerge as areas needing improvement. While a few tenants acknowledge friendly staff and peaceful moments, overall management is perceived as neglectful and lacking effective enforcement of building rules.
