Nice Building, electric costs insane

Pros

Nice building albeit a bit expensive. Super is generally responsive. Concierges are great.

Cons

Management company is a bit of a clown show. Many tenets have issues with their heat/electricity, and bills will be $600+ in winter months on top of rent

High churn of concierge and residents; monthly electricity is crazy high compared to similar buildings. Expensive compared to similar amenity buildings within a few blocks. Management increases rent 8-10% YoY.
