New Tenant - Good Experience So Far
Pros
So far so good! I just moved about 2 months ago so things could obviously change but so far I’ve enjoyed living here. My packages are always here when they’re supposed to be, trash and recycling is maintained well, laundry room has updated machines (although kinda pricey $7 per load), elevator has always been working, and haven’t had any issues with pests (knock on wood).
Cons
I can’t complain about too much. I do hear through the ceiling occasionally but that’s just part of living in NYC or apartments in general. My outdoor space floods and there doesn’t seem to be anyone helping to get rid of the standing water. The flooring in each apartment could use some TLC but again this is just me being picky. All in all so far a good experience.

The apartments are very nicely kept and the building residents are friendly and quiet. The neighborhood is wonderful.
Cons
Thin walls - you can hear your neighbors every move. Cleanliness has been lacking in common areas and laundry room.
Advice to the owners
Super needs to clean more.
