Rats, trash management, the landlord does not respond to your needs & requests. There is no laundry in building as listed. They will find a way to make sure your security deposited is forfeited

decent apartment for the price
Pros
good location (close to 3 train lines and many buses), decently sized units, every room has a closet, management is decently responsive, despite the cons i actually really like living here lol
Cons
uneven heating within the unit (front room gets super cold in the winter), no central ac despite listing for the unit stating otherwise, bad roach problem, no smoke detectors in unit, no showerhead upon moving in
