Former tenant·5 minutes ago

Worst building I've ever lived in

Pros

How it looked in the rearview mirror when I moved out

Cons

How long do you have? Couldn't count on having heat in the middle of winter or hot water (or water at all, for that matter). Roaches galore, mice, seedy residents who stole dozens of packages and managers who did nothing about it, front doors that would stop working on the app, zero accountability taken from the management team whenever something went wrong, impossible to get in contact with anyone. I was constantly astounded by how bad everyone was at their job. It was like they were all in competition to be the worst.

Advice to the owners

Find another line of work. One where no one has to rely on you for non-hazardous, lawful living conditions.

The worst place I’ve ever lived

Pros

There are none. I don’t have any good things to say about this building or its staff.

Cons

The building does not respond to requests. On the off chance you can get a hold of them, they condescend and accuse you of lying. The water goes off multiple times a week. Rarely is there hot water. The heat will often go out on the coldest days. Terrible place to live.
