A Revolving Door

Pros

Location and rooftop access.

Cons

The filth, mold, and the fact that management truly does not care.

Great location and Renovated Units

Pros

Its a newly renovated building and you are in the perfect spot for East village and Soho. The maintenance and management are pretty responsive and are very nice to fix things. The heat is central and gets very warm. Water pressure is fantastic too.

Cons

MAJOR cockroach infestation in common floors and is spreading to other units. The building apparently does monthly extermination but still see so many everyday.

Advice to the owners

Invest in more extermination
