Great building all things considered
Pros
Quiet most of the time, clean common areas, the units are a great size for one person, you really can’t beat the location it’s convenient to everything. Reasonable rent increases. Many people are here for years.
Cons
Some of the contractors have cut corners. The landlord will repair things if they break though so it’s not like you’re stuck with it.

Pros
- friendly landlord and very helpful - very close to the riverside park
Cons
- old pre war building and amenities - low water pressure on higher floors - no elevators
