Quiet most of the time, clean common areas, the units are a great size for one person, you really can’t beat the location it’s convenient to everything. Reasonable rent increases. Many people are here for years.
Some of the contractors have cut corners. The landlord will repair things if they break though so it’s not like you’re stuck with it.
