DO NOT LIVE HERE - Fine Building but Horrible Management

Pros

It was a fine place to live. Overpriced and poorly built and maintained, but fine.

Cons

The Landlord, Martin, has not returned our security deposit after 3 months. We left the apartment in great condition and did not receive any notice from the landlord about damages. We have been attempting to contact Martin and Guardeum Management for months, with no success. We are owed over $8000, so we have hired a lawyer and will be taking them to small claims court.

Advice to the owners

Please give us our money back.

I’ll miss 471 Keap!

Pros

Landlord very responsive to things like light bill replacement, toilet broken, broken dishwasher, etc. Best location ever. Can’t beat it. Bike rack is great

Cons

Mold in shower Garbage room is well managed and taken out often, but it is disgusting
