great apartment building
Pros
-great owners, live in building and are very attentive and responsive -great lighting, units, appliances - no major issues
Cons
a little old, stairs only, no dishwasher/laundry in unit but that’s okay. The street can get loud especially on the weekends

Pretty good old building
Pros
Love the apt. Landlord and super are live in, nice and available. They take care of the garbage and stuff well.
Cons
Older building so some things are dated but not bad tbh.
