Pros:
Great management, great roofdeck, laundry in basement
Cons:
Far from subway, if your apt is facing 23rd st it can get noisy if you open your windows

Great views, friendly and responsive staff
Cons:
The building is a little dated and the elevators can be slow
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work. Maybe try to fix/replace the elevators. Please take care of your staff, they’re awesome.

Great management and building!

Pros:
Building is well maintained, doorman are friendly and responsive. Maintenance team is quick to respond to requests. Rent increases have been minimal and the apartment itself is great.
Cons:
Some things are done pretty cheap, the floors tub and countertops were just painted over. Over time paint has chipped which looks bad. There are some very obnoxious older residents who complain about TV noise, but overall not too bad.
Advice to owner:
Window cleaning for rented apartments would be amazing

Cockroaches and mice frequently - lived there for 2.5 years and saw about 5-6 mice in total - building was helpful in exterminating but ultimately it was a frequent problem.

Had some mice but the building always took care of it

Good size units.
Cons:
Cosmetic upgrades to lobby do not make it a luxury building. Continuously requesting exterminator due to cockroaches.
Advice to owner:
Address cockroach issues.
