Does the job
Pros
Great location, good living room space, regular sized fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer in basement. Got full security deposit back which was shocking, found out later that apparently you’re supposed to get it back with interest though which we didn’t.
Cons
Packages frequently stolen, have to call maintenance multiple times just to get them to come to the apartment but even more for them to actually fix your problems, have thermostats in the apt to control the heat but you actually have no control whatsoever and end up sweltering from Sept/Oct-April/May due to the temp being set so high for the building also resulting in ridiculously high utilities bills. The oven had to be replaced and was replaced with a way smaller size…annoying. Rent started out great because it was during Covid, then of course they got greedy and we got priced out. Saw a mouse and immediately called maintenance and they did nothing about it which turned into an infestation, same with roaches. They have an exterminator come spray every third Thursday of the month but you better be home and standing right by the door because he knocks and immediately keeps walking, doesn’t wait at all for you to answer.

Its fine. Not the most glamourous apartment, but its a good price and a good size for what you pay
