Awesome super, very responsive and takes good care of the building. Apartments are nice and no major maintenance/pest issues since being here.

I love this building and would recommend it to anyone. Very clean, quiet and spacious with modern appliances. The super is also amazing.

Cons

Never had issues with pests in our unit but occasionally will see them in the laundry room or on the first floor. Rent increase YoY was extremely high
