Very Irresponsible it’s sad

Super is amazing, very responsive

Cons

No security, front door is always open, random people are always roaming the building and trespassing. Landlord neglects his responsibilities.

Avoid landlord at all costs

Pros

-cheap rent -good location -ancient stoves were just replaced with newer ones

Cons

-haven’t had hot water since end of December, it’s now June 14 -landlord isn’t responsive about repairs -when he does do repairs, it’s an unqualified person doing repairs -garbage in hallways -stairwell and lobby are messy -very old building
