Recent tenant reviews highlight buildings managed by CROWN HEIGHTS HOLDINGS LLC for varying cleanliness levels. Residents appreciate efficient garbage management and good water pressure. However, concerns arise regarding uneven heating distribution, noisy surroundings, unresponsive management, and misleading information on amenities. Not for me
Former Tenant
Pros:
-2 washers and 2 dryers in the basement which is convenient for a 10 unit building
Cons:
-So much noise (loud music) from neighbors across the street
-Heat during the winter is not evenly distributed through the building (some rooms get too much heat and other rooms get little to no heat)
-Management is not responsive

Management from Hell
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fairly clean building
Friendly neighbors
Cons:
No contact number for management, slow response to emails
Broker sells as heat/hot water included, management says otherwise
No access to gas meters (located in the first ground unit)
Very low water pressure, shared laundry room brings it to a drip (must schedule times for shower and kitchen use)
Check your boiler, shared laundry room equipment may be connected to it.
You can hear everything from the other apartments
Very creaky floors
Advice to owner:
Update the building
Get new laundry equipment
Don't deceive tenants, deliver what your broker advertised
