Pros:
-2 washers and 2 dryers in the basement which is convenient for a 10 unit building
Cons:
-So much noise (loud music) from neighbors across the street -Heat during the winter is not evenly distributed through the building (some rooms get too much heat and other rooms get little to no heat) -Management is not responsive
