Kind neighbors, hallways cleaned regularly, no issues with heat or hot water.
Occasional cockroach and mouse
The super was very responsive and came to fix problems that we had (including issues with washer/dryer), any pests, or light fixures.
The stairwell was dirty at times and there were cockroaches that would come out once in a while but they did a good job addressing it.
