Not bad, but prepare to be priced out
Pros
Relatively quiet inside unless you're cursed with one of the loud neighbors, sunny in both bedrooms, central air, nice/new fixtures and appliances, located by great spots
Cons
Landlords continuously increasing rent by substantial amounts, lots of outside noise esp. in summer, smallish units with uneven walls/floors, difficult to get anything fixed or taken care of

loved the neighborhood and the other tenants when i lived there
Cons
landlord unresponsive, recently did subpar renovations and is renting at 3-4x what it was before
Advice to the owners
you are meant to maintain the building not just collect rent
